It is our special pleasure to invite you to participate in this year’s edition of the International Conference "Modernity and competitiveness in Education " which will take place between December 10-11, 2011 in the Polytechnic University of Bucharest .
In a world where the competition between the man and the machine is getting more and more intense, we believe in the unquestionable and irreplaceable role of the human resource, in all the work environments. To this end, the main objective of this international event is represented by the gathering of all the experts in the field who are concerned with this fact, either coming from the educational environment, from the civil society sector or directly from business. The multiple aspects and various contexts in which we want to present the man as a valuable resource in the efficient activity process, will surely sketch a complex and complete image.
Besides participating in the scientific sessions, this event also brings some other interesting activities for all those concerned in the subject: presentations, debates, discussions and nevertheless, workshops.
The Conference proceedings shall develop as follows (according to sections):
- SECTION I: Quality management in education
- SECTION II: New technologies in education
- SECTION III: Career counselling and orientation
- SECTION IV: Trends and challenges in training for a teaching career
By way of emphasizing the challenges of the current formal and non-formal educational challenges, in order to highlight the role of the programmes of social and professional inclusion developed by the associationist environment and to create a bridge between school and the labour market, we propose the clarification of the essential aspects of the human resource development in the contemporary society: the ethical, practical, theoretical and social principles.
We hope that you will feel able to accept our invitation and we look forward to meeting you here!
